Job Purpose
As a Content E-commerce Assistant, you will support the development of both our clients’ and our own e-commerce operations. Your main mission will be to create content designed to drive conversions, enhance the customer experience, and optimize the performance of our online stores.
You will contribute to the day-to-day operations of social commerce platforms (such as Xiaohongshu, Youzan, and Taobao), helping to create product pages, campaign content, and promotional assets aligned with brand strategy. You’ll also assist in improving e-shop structures, coordinating online activities, and supporting key moments like platform promotions and influencer campaigns.
This role requires a strong sense of detail, an interest in user behavior, and a hands-on mindset. You’ll work in close collaboration with the content, design, and strategy teams.
Role & Responsibility
• Create original content aligned with the brand’s identity and user preferences.
• Responsible for daily operations and responding to user interactions.
• Develop highly engaging e-commerce content tailored to key marketing campaigns and platform-wide promotional events.
• Promote products and run ads on e-commerce platforms such as Youzan, Xiaohongshu (RED), and Taobao.
• Coordinate brand, influencer, or platform activities, including creating coupons, supporting live-streaming, and managing comments.
• Manage inventory entries and exits, both online and offline, as well as conduct regular stock checks and organization.
• Compile detailed order and product data from platforms such as Youzan and Xiaohongshu.
• Handle after-sales processes across platforms and coordinate influencer-related matters.
Qualification & Skills Requirements
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; prior experience in e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail for accurate product information recording.
• Serious, detail-oriented, and supportive of project-based work.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities; capable of handling customer service and after-sales issues.
• Excellent team spirit and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Excel and other office software.
• Prior experience in a related field is a plus.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills
• Native Chinese speaker
• Fluent in English or French would be a plus
