Job Purpose
In this role, you will support the visual identity of our premium French brands across social media and e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content — from Xiaohongshu posters and WeChat articles to high-quality product pages for e-commerce.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency, and bring strong aesthetic sense and a creative mindset to every project.
You will report directly to our Chief Creative Officer and collaborate with our French CEO, who brings a strong background in design and branding.
Role & Responsibility
• Responsible for graphic and UI design tasks across the company's various brands, including but not limited to: Xiaohongshu posters, brochures, WeChat article layouts, product pages, and digital ads.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of brand visual identity to ensure consistency and aesthetic appeal across all channels.
• Proficient in using AI-assisted tools to create engaging and audience-tailored design concepts, and refine them based on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with team members to complete design-related tasks within broader projects.
• Basic video editing skills are required, particularly with tools such as Jianying (CapCut).
Qualification & Skills Requirements
• A keen eye for fashion trends and strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies to enhance design efficiency.
• A curious and eager mindset, always seeking to explore new design trends and techniques.
• Academic background in a relevant field such as Art, Visual Communication, or related design majors (Bachelor’s degree or above).
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Native Chinese speaker
• Fluent in English, french would be a plus
